• Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling

• Pack the item securely to prevent any damage in transit.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• After verification, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
